Old School getting a bit boring?

07 has been getting boring now in my opinion, not really much to do. What do you guys think?

 

I got bored so I started a new pure project, have been grinding on it for almost 3 weeks now. Stats are almost ready for some decent pking so should be fun

 

I'm not getting bored of it, everything is so spread out in terms of progress + length of time it takes to progress it's a really good challenge for me. I play it in moderation with Runescape 3 and I enjoy my time on Old School.

Good thing this games based on the version from 7 years ago then right?

Every game gets boring after you play if\t for so long, you have to set goals, find new things to do on the game to spark your interest back into the game.

 

All I have done in the past 3 weeks is afk nmz while I do my schoolwork, so for me it isn't too bad as I'm just trying to max (I got the boring training done before), and what basically keeps me going is the feeling of being maxed once I complete it and being able to stake

 

could say the same for rs3. they give updates atleast, once a week and it's player polled (to an extent >.>). But everyone gets bored of something at one point when it's played too much

 

Just gotta find what you like to do in the game to help make it worth your while. Or yes, it will be very boring for you.

 

Runescape is not boring, if you have goals or you afk something and you do something else irl

 

I got bored too on my main/void range tank so made a new pure.

Took a weeks grind but got a nice fun second account and mixes it up, much more entertaining having the option of two accounts.

 

Go for some 99s

Set Goals, it gives a great sense of achievement to be honest.

 

Set goals, start new projects. If you enjoy going for 99's, set more skilling goals. If you like making accounts, maybe make more accounts. I know with me I kinda got bored, but then got into minigames, and have been enjoying that a lot .

 

Much easier said than done lol, ive been grinding melee and in like 3 weeks (with work and all) ive managed 92 str 75 attack 70 def, and getting 99 in all is gonna be a pain...

 

Take a break and come back when you want to play. Or just simply play less.

 

It could always be worse too, you could always be stuck Runecrafting like I am ^.^

 

Yeah, I saw your goals and achievements on your thread, must say, very nice job! I tried pking for a little bit but I ended up sucking at it, so I basically just roam around since theres nothing much to do with a pure but pk and I suck at it. Not much to do as a pure, but i dont know i might start a max main project :/

btw any new 07 updates that you guys are looking forward to?

 

Been playing rs for 8 years now, the games still not boring imo, so much to do and it takes so much time.
