Watch Tower Help

I started watch tower awhile ago and stopped it for some reason I've been knocking off all the quests I've started and got here. In my quest book is says "Now i need to deal with tribal ogres" Then underneath that it says "I should search the area to see if I can find any ogres and try to communicate with the leaders." With a list of ogres I need to talk to, which are all crossed off. I've looked on tip.ip, and runehq to see where to go from here but I can't seem to find it. So does anyone have any idea what I need to do next?
