DNT Appeal - ZeroHP_ZeroPrayer

I've stopped using Sythe for a while now, but about a month ago I got an email about a private conversation and realized someone was logged into my account. I IMMEDIATELY pm'd the person back telling them not to trade and changed my password/added 2FA. I understand that it was my fault I got hacked due to the lack of 2FA, but the imposter didn't scam anyone and nothing happened afterwards. I just logged in today a month later to find I am banned with seemingly no reason for it whatsoever, can't find a single request or scammer report or anything for it.

Sythe won't let me PM admins about this, is there a way I can get the DNT rank removed?
