Old ban

I was banned on my main for botting about a year or more ago for 2-3 days, when his stats were lower. And I just recently got back into the game and been playing legit since, I checked and the account no longer has any offences on it.
So my question is if I sell gold on the side, on this account will I get banned automatically even if its legit with no offence? Aside from that old ban I had. Or should I start over with a new account? (Again all is done legit, levels gold farming, quests)

 

Never do anything illegal on an account you don't want to risk.

 

Thing is lot of my friends use their mains to rwt with no bans. The typical junk items for 100-200m.

My only cause of worry is that old ban I had even though the offence is removed. I know I wouldn't have much of a problem or risk if i was selling 100m every week or two weeks, while playing the game actively. That is 99 pray, doing slayer, pking, minigames. then that trade here and there.
But I'm not sure if my account has been on a 'Monitor file' or whatever since the bot ban.
