I have a little problem :(

Well here it goes ( don't laugh ) Every time I have a cigarette I sometimes get the hiccups and if you have ever had this problem i'm sure you know it is impossible to have a cigarette because every-time you take or even try to in-hail it is impossible to have a proper cigarette. Anyways just wondering if anyone on here has had this problem its only really happened recently.

I've never heard of that happening, it doesn't sound very good to me.. Can I ask, how old are you? If you are young, I cannot stress how badly I think you should stop smoking while you have the chance, I know it's cliché and you've probably heard it a thousand times before, but there's a reason people say it.

 

Yeah I have been meaning to quit for a while i'm just trying to find the will power atm though. And i'm 18, I think its time for me to quit cause this could be a serious problem maybe.

 

Nicotine can disrupt the normal functioning of the nervous system where the body adjusts outgoing messages that control contraction or changing in breathing patterns, and this can cause a hiccup.

 

Is it something serious, or does it happen to everyone sometime?

 

It doesn't happen to everyone, but it doesn't appear to be anything too serious. This could just be your body adapting to the change nicotine causes.

Or, maybe you can take it as a chance to stop smoking all together

To be honest, you are probably luck as this will hopefully keep you from smoking. Smoking is a horrible habit and will kill you...

Don't smoke Cigarettes no matter what age you are, there are far better ways to relieve stress. Like a nice massage for instance.

 

God is trying to save your life. Please don't smoke. Such a terrible habit to quit, be glad that you have those hiccups.
