Mackay - Banned?

Hi, i quit using sythe while i went away on vacation for about 2 weeks or so, I came back and my sythe account "Mackay" was permantly banned for scamming? I dont understand how it got banned, i wasnt even active on forums at the time. If someone could please review the situation and let me know, that would be great. Thank you.
