Paying for someone to make me this... [Details inside]

Ok i need something like the picture below, but i need it to be as large as a 210 x 120 pic.


I'd also like to see the finished product before i pay for it so if someone attempts this can they give me a demo of it when they are finished to make sure its what im after (just scribble all over it so i can't leech it etc)

Tell me the price you would be looking for to design something like this.

I ended up getting tdd to make me one then after that i just ripped one from google.
