But i need to know the fastest and cheapest way to get to level 99...

I'd suggest making smaller short term goals. =P

Maybe make 2,606,404 air runes? Or 1,861,718 fire runes for 99 RC. =)

get 44 and you dont lose money with world 16 airs (start with 3 millish) and do it to 99 and from 44 to 99 you make 13-15 mil

 

Yea its world 16 airs or fire runes with the dueling ring method. Then you can start crafting nats and making money or doing the world 66 law company but you lost A LOT of money.

 

im at 62 and for 91 i need to make 680k nats

i would set smaller goals and rc airs cuz u can sell in bulk for 21-22gp each, good luck

Like other people said, make shorter goals. 99 will seem like forever if that's your only goal. Also, make sure you have a lot of money, because if you use runners, except for on world 16 air altar, it will cost a lot of money. Anyway, good luck!

 

Well gl, if You want to make money out of it, make Your RC to 44 and start crafting nature runes through abyss.
If You want a quicker way, then make Your RC to 54 and start working for the law company. 54-99 takes about 80M.
