Another RS2007 Thread

After lurking these forums for a number of years in the past and quitting RS in 2011, I have decided to make an account here. I had heard of the RS2007 update yesterday and quickly created a new account and voted. I'm pretty confident that we'll hit the 250k mark, but doubt we will achieve 500k votes.

Anyway, I've been gone for a while and have forgotten a lot of things about the game, but was wondering how botting/RWT would work? I'm assuming there will be a decent black market for the 07 version and I'd be interested in being a part of it if it were profitable enough. What do you guys think?

 

Well, at the moment, post release, There won't be much gold-farming to the current scale it is now. People will probably sell gold in incriments as little as 10k or 50k since selling at General Store's will cut down profit immensely.

Color bots would be up pretty quick since scripts would just require a change of DTM's and other variables and would work just fine.

 

Interesting proposition, I'd find it quite strange for that small an amount of gold to be sold in increments though. Maybe 100kish would be more realistic. All I know for a fact is that because it will be a new economy gold will obviously be more valuable, then it will begin to depreciate as the economy grows.

Are there any confirmed premium bots that are preparing for this update that I could buy?

 

There are no confirmed premium bots. There are a few free color bots that are well known via simba that are going to be available upon release, but nobody will have the stats to make good money straight away anyways.
