Oh c'mon... Really?

I got an infraction for spamming. However, my post did actually contribute to the initial request. I did, however, submit a "username" image.

Let's start by defining what a username image is:

An image used to replace the username of an individual.

My post however, does contains a symbol of Jcash's username (he goes by JC too).

Louis, I believe, took it as a joke. When did we start infracting users for submitting an image for the sake of it having a a lower degree of quality? Isn't a contribution a contribution? It's like yelling at someone for donating a dollar to Haiti... It's out of the goodness of the donator's heart to give with nothing to give back. And if this is classified as spam, boy, why is not every single person infracted who have given some contribution to the topic but not all that's requested?

Either infract all or infract none. Countless times, thoughout EVERY forum, there's multiple incidents of users contributing to the topic but maybe not in the way that is desired.

For instance:

There is a thread called: "How do I get 2mil on runescape quickly" (I believe, Sythe is down as I write this)

People have given simple answers of "kill green dragons or mine". In the poster's initial post, he clearly stated he did not have anything. How do you mine with nothing? You can't. Yes they contributed to the topic but not efficiently.

I contributed to the topic, but not efficiently.

And when is it against the rules to put <3 ___ in a username image? There are no rules or policies against what can or cannot be included in a username image. There's not even ANY implication or justification anywhere!

And for these reason, I stand in firm negation of my infraction. Thank you,
