OGEdge simply sells time as a service, designated trademarks and brands, logos, and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

Guides

OGEdge is not responsible for the results of the customer using a guide or any associated program mentioned in a guide.
Any action taken by a game publisher is at the total fault of the customer for use / misuse of the information contained within.
Do not share or distribute any guides on this site, doing so will cancel available updates and criminal prosecution may occur.

Virtual Items

OGEdge is not responsible for the results of buying items from our site. Purchasing products &amp; services for any game is against the TOS / EULA from most all game publishers. Furthermore, OGEdge is not responsible for buying Bugged, Hacked, or otherwise cheated items. Purchasing these types of items is done at your own risk. In the event you receive one of these items by mistake when ordering normal "legit" items, please tell us so it can be replaced.

Power Leveling

The process for power leveling will differ by game and may involve the use of third-party software. Refer to specific product information for details. If not mentioned, assume it is used. If a customer cancels an order early, they are entitled to a prorated refund (not a full refund) for the uncompleted portion of service. *Contact support for refund details prior to doing so to know how much the difference will be. *All time frames are estimated. *You will not be charged if more time is required to complete the order. *In the event you need to cancel please indicate so in the ticket or contacting us.

Payment Methods

All purchases are to be made on OGEdge.com via PayPal, Skrill, or Bitcoin. We do not accept or will ever ask for direct payments via Skype or any other communication platform.

Price Matching

OGEdge does not currently support Price Matching, but we will try our best to stay competitive at all times.

Product Descriptions

OGEdge attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing products. *However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on OGEdge are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Shipping

All products on OGEdge are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in game trade systems. *OGEdge does not sell physical products that require shipping.

Refunds

For guides, software, virtual goods, and services, there are generally no refunds. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the site owner.

In the event a mistake is made, service is not as promised, or other conditions are met in which a refund should be given please notify us as soon as possible. A refund fee of $5 will be applied to any order in which a buyer initiates the refund request as a result of being impatient or not following simple directions in which service was being completed as promised. Choosing to do a payment dispute or third-party mediation without contacting us & waiting up to 12 hours on a response will result in immediate order termination and forfeiture of a refund.

All software used on OGEdge is the property of OGEdge or its software suppliers and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws.

License And Site Access

OGEdge grants you a limited license to access OGEdge and to purchase the products and use the services offered through OGEdge for personal use only. OGEdge reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Fraudulent Activity

You agree to cooperate fully with OGEdge in any investigation by OGEdge or its agents regarding fraudulent or improper activity in connection with the use of OGEdge, including, but not limited to, fraudulent chargebacks and false claims regarding non-receipt of products.

The prevailing party in any legal proceeding relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of OGEdge shall be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorney's fees, expert fees, litigation expenses and court costs in addition to any other relief granted by the court.

Notices

You consent to receive notices from us by e-mail, by mail at the addresses included in the contact information you provide to OGEdge, or by posting notices on OGEdge. Notices posted on OGEdge shall be considered received 24 hours after posting. Notices sent by e-mail shall be considered received immediately upon sending, unless OGEdge receives notice that the e-mail was not delivered. Notices sent by mail shall be considered received 3 business days after mailing.

Waiver

The failure of OGEdge to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of OGEdge's right subsequently to enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Remedies

You acknowledge that violation of these Terms and could cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be difficult to ascertain or an inadequate remedy. You therefore agree that OGEdge shall be entitled, in addition to its other rights, to seek and obtain injunctive relief for any violation of these Terms and Conditions without the filing or posting of any bond or surety.

Severability

If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such term or provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such term or provision cannot be so modified, then the same shall be deemed stricken here from in, and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

The foregoing Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between parties, except that the Customer specifically authorizes OGEDGE to provide services that the customer may request by telephone, the "Contact Us" form, Live Chat, Player Auctions PM "Edgeonline", Skype, Google Chat, Citrix Chat, TeamViewer Chat, or email. No amendment to or modification of this agreement will be binding unless it is in writing and signed by "Dustin Sigmon, Owner OGEdge."

Entire Agreement
