    Seller's Sythe profile link: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=281606
Vouches if they were exchanged: None
Original selling thread:http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1300351 and http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1310065 (he posted on the second)
Proof of payment: See pics below, I paid him with another account. You can see he says he was on the account, ect.
Proof of contacting seller: Within the first 3 pics below
Any msn conversation you still have: PM pics below
Anything else you can provide that might help: All below

I did an account trade with bbbrttrader

It was a swap, my zerker for his main.

    Thread he posted on: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1310065

Here are the screenshots of the PMs.

Before you read them, let me tell you it is slightly confusing, because not everything is a "RE:" message.

Basically, he posted on my thread saying he would swap, but wanted extra cash (since his acc is better).

I sent him a PM asking him how much, he said about 100M. I said no, we agreed on a trading scenario eventually. He had another trade lined up with someone who offered him $150. Once that offer fell through, he contacted me wanting to swap.

He had $3500 worth of vouches (apparently) and, rather stupidly, I decided to go first. I sent him my user/pass VIA PM. About an hour and a half after I sent the PM, he responded saying, sorry I had to go I'll check the account and get back to you in about 5 minutes. He changed the password on my account and tried to trade the wealth off (I say tried because the account is f2p atm, and all the wealth is in p2p items so he could not).

I kept PMing him (about 4 times) over the next hour or so and he never responded. Finally, a day later he responded to me saying that he got on my account, didn't like what he saw, so he just left it.

Even if this is not enough information to catch him scamming (since catching account scammers is very hard), it is careless trading regardless. And he should be punished accordingly.

    Onto the pictures.

***These first few are just the opening conversations discussing the trade***

***Here are just a bunch of PM's I sent him between the times he was not responding to me.***

***Here is where he admits to being on my account, apparently not liking what he sees, so leaving it... Without telling me the trade is off for another day though...?***

Here are the times, proving that he was ignoring/being irrasponsible.

***Don't know why I put this one... I guess just to prove that I sent him the info***

This picture below is very important. Please look at the "Last Location." This is 9 minutes after I received the message "I will respond to you in about 5 minutes."

Obviously not 100% beyond belief this is for my account, but the evidence is overwhelming. He was trying to remove the members wealth off of my f2p account. You can check my original selling thread to see I only had members wealth and no members credit.

Recover your account back and please prove he tampered with it. Be sure and screenshot the "Last Logged IP."

I have tried to recover it back and I do not have enough information. I have tried like three times.

Either way, he said he logged on the account.

Well I have two problems with this report. Firstly, everything in a PM quote box cannot be used as solid proof--whatever is crucial evidence needs to be provided in the PM it originated. Secondly, it seems like he logged in and was dissatisfied with what you advertised about the account. He's not obligated to buy it if he lacked information.

I'm eager to get this solved, but with what I have right now it's simply not enough. Can you PM me the email that Jagex sent you regarding the failed recovery attempt?

^ So you want me to post the crucial IM's in the original post?

    Will do.

Also, regarding the, he logged on and was dissatisfied with the account theory. That is what he said. However, he didn't even respond to me telling me the trade was off until a day AFTER we traded!

    Facts:
    -I sent him my password/username at 7:12
-I don't get a PM back until 8:45(ish) saying he will PM me back in 5 minutes
-I don't get a PM back for the next 26(ish) hours saying anything about the trade.
-9 Minutes after he told me he was "checking the credentials" he was looking up a thread on how to drop trade Member's Items from a free playing account to a members account. Now, as I said, we cannot obviously know 100% that this was for my account; however, one can assume.

Now, I'm willing to help but what else do you need? I'm very confused as to what a failed recovery attempt would prove besides I can recover my account. Even if I did, logged on, got his IP, all that would prove is that he was on there in the first place, which he already admitted. No picture will prove that he tampered with anything, I could just bare the account, take it out in the middle of nowhere, and state he did it.

What else do we need to prove? I will find a way to do it.

BTW: Sorry I didn't post some of the things you asked. I'm leaving for school in about 5 minutes, I'll post them soon!

I need the crucial PMs with the times sent just to verify that the quote boxes were not edited. As for the recovery email, it is just more evidence. And if you did get it, the last IP should not be his unless he clicked "Click Here to Play," which he supposedly did not. It would prove he was lying, and I can finally fill in the rest.

Here is a picture of him PMing me from the account. This is 20 minutes after the last message I received from him on the night of the trade.

And here are the main PMs (in my opinion, tell me if I left some out).

Here he even admits to getting on my account... Still working on recoverying (via finding the email linked to the account....)

Hm, so you can't really recover your account back to show his IP & proof he tampered with the account. Still, requesting a TwC as he shouldn't just be using the excuse that you have an email attached therefore you should have control of the account.

    Requested a TwC.
