RSSeth (trusted) Scammed.

Hello, this person, RSSeth: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1309712
has scammed me for $620 via an echeque on paypal. I'm now in debt that amount on my Paypal account which shows up as a negative balance. I waited until the eCheque cleared and the money showed up in my Paypal before I gave him the account and rsgp, as Paypal advises to do so. However, with eCheques, it is still possible to go to the bank and reverse the payment. (Which I thought he wouldn't do, but he did.) Right after the cheque cleared i transferred all funds into my bank account, and when the reversal took place, it showed up on my paypal saying it had been refunded by the bank, and that I now have a negative balance.

I sold him 1.6b and my main Runescape account. You can check via my threads (I have msn/skype chat logs). I would like him to send me back the money if that is possible, if you're able to contact him that is.

As you can see, the reversal happened more than 2 weeks after I got the payment.

I owe paypal $20 less because my friend sent me $20, which then lead to the discovery of my negative balance. Paypal also tried to deduct the money from my debit card, but it was refused? So now i'm just stuck with a negative paypal balance, and "As stated in our User Agreement, you cannot have a negative balance and a sustained negative balance may result in limited account access.".
