alsk scammed me a runescape account

I purchased a lvl 135 runescape account for 100$ paypal and he has repeatably tried to recover it from me somehow and I have proof of his ip adress.

IPs match, but we need proof of the trade taking place. Have you tried contacting him regarding the account being recovered?

 

I can take a screen shot of the message smper sent me of the login details, also I can post a screen shot of the conversation on msn

also at this point the account is locked and for the past 4 tries I have been unable to recover it :/
