Offsite Scammer - Just

Powerbot thread: http://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/931511-justs-rare-name-shop/

Sythe thread: http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/1560499-justs-runescape-usernames.html

Same skype, same thread, and he's banned on PB.
I can't find the scam report, so maybe you can make the user tell you why he's banned.

Edit: Sorry! Was just told by Lazy his TWC was because of this.

In regards to your vader report: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=12559144

Just got his TWC for being banned on PB, see: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1603988-twc-ban-request.html & http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1604107-just-twc-appeal.html
