Pyrex is a scammer!

Explanation of the trade:
I put up a post on the steam sales board asking for a 7$ CS:GO key/gift (link here: http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/1687534-wtb-cs-go-gift-7-a.html). He messages me on sythe telling me that he's selling them in bulk for $5. I add him on skype and we talk for a bit. His thread: http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/1683295-selling-cs-go-keys-6-proof-purchase.html says that they are region-free keys. I foolishly went first in the trade. He gives me a region locked key and then promptly disappears like all good scammers.

How they scammed: Gave me a region locked key and did nothing to rectify the situation.

This is my first scam report so please tell me if I filled everything in correctly. It's sad that he has to scam a mere $6, that's why I didn't bother with the MM. Thanks.

EDIT: I just figured out that it was a Russian copy of CS:GO. I went on a VPN to try to claim the key so i can close the dispute. This shows up: http://imgur.com/bIHyoGL There is no doubt that pyrex is a scammer.
