    So i fit 10 vouches in my profile... and i already got 2 more in a note pad...

    Would this give me the right to make a vouch thread?
    Or how does that work out?

    No, don't make a vouch thread. Just keep them on your computer, and post them you you ever make a thread where you are offering a service. MMing, training, fire caping ect.
