Tinypic = Not allowed.

I am sure I am not the only one but honestly its really getting annoying going to someones sells thread and they use tinypic and there images are removed. I dont really know why, But I have only seen this happen with tinypic and its not because they are old posts because I go into threads that are only an hour old and tinypic has already removed their image. I think the use of tinypic should not be allowed here.

Just ask them to re-upload it...Tinypic/Imageshack/Photobucket all delete images that have been uploaded for a set amount of days.

 

I have never once had a pic removed from imageshack. I have looked at old posts from years back here and my images are still up. I have never used tinypic and never will but I know for a fact if would have been down within a few days rather than years if I used tinypic. All I am saying is that we should have to tell the user to upload the images again. It should be done right the first time.

 

I'm not sure how you could disallow the use of a certain image host. Making a rule for not allowing Tinypic and infracting users for it is rather absurd, but maybe suggesting a better image host is more fitting. No support, sorry.

That happens with a bunch of file uploading websites. Tinypic just happens to be one of the more commonly used ones. Eventually it happens to EVERY uploading website, they have to clear out their servers eventually. If we didn't allow Tinypic we'd be neglecting 2000 other websites that do the same thing. It would be pointless, no support.

I just have never seen an imageshack image be taken down. I guess since tinypic is used by more people they have to clear out there servers more often than others.
