Photo ID - requirment

Photo ID and verifying your phone number and address should be a good application process for the market. No, I'm not asking for ranks or any other identification that you've actually completed this process. It's just merely for people who want to do these steps to be more trusted and care about other peoples safety while trading.

Also it's a good way to catch ban evaders, if someone gets banned while they have done the photo ID and moved to a new location they would be easily caught if asked to see their photo if expected of evading.

You could add [A,#,ID VERIFIED] in your thread titles, and if a moderator expects a user of lying he/she could easily check and reward the user a TWC if they're lying.

Some people aren't going to want to share their personal info with strangers, its been denied before.

Just use OMM's and you'll be safe trading with anyone.
