Made a new pure, has it got a good user? "Gates To Lum"
And also need a litlte help on where to train it, what to, and quests, Thanks

Firstly Is it going to be F2P or P2P?
If F2P, Get 3 Strength or what ever you're using on Tutorial island, then once off, go down the dungeon in lumby and get the 2 EXP Lamps use them on the skill.
Then go to south of Edgeville and get the Lamps in the new strong hold use on the skill then go to Seagulls.

For P2P do the lamps, And the following quests.
Waterfall Quest.
Grand Tree The.
Death Plateu.
Lost City.
Monkey Madness.
Tree Gnome Village.
Vampire Slayer.
Witches House.
(SORRY IF I FORGOT ANY)
Rock crabs, or experiments are probally the best XP.
