well i mm for free because i need vouches so i can get more sales, and mostly everyone else mm's for free, so why bother try to go for a price while not being aproved yet?

as for offense apealing, thats a bit different.
last offense apeals are 1M, if you have any other offenses when i do the last appeal, ill apeal them too
other offenses differ, depending on the sevarty andthe current state of the account. tpyically around 100k though
i have had 15 blackmarks on my account at one point in time, now it has 8.4 blackmarks, and none of those were offenses caused by some one else on a different computer or anything like that, nor were they intentionaly caused by myself or others.

however, there is no 100% garuntee that the offense that the offense will e appealed, but with me, bout 96% of the time (statistically 95.8745 based on previous offenses and appealed offenses on other accounts). i do require however that i am payed if it works, or if it doesnt work. if it doesnt work, ill give you a third of what you payed me back to you.
