Disputing security ban - Vul

Hi mine's not a typical ban, I was told to wait one month or more as opposed to the typical "do this within a month" thing. So here I am several months later cos I kinda quit the selling community for a long ass time. After recently being scammed (last week) I want to come back and contribute to an actual community instead of just being on my own like a wild dog.
