This thread clearly states if you use his link to Eldorado you can use PP.

So, I drag myself over to that site, sign up, verify my ID, take pictures of myself with my ID to be told PP isn't an option on Eldorado and I'd need to find an alternative.

This shouldn't be allowed, and tbh @NeedYourAccounts has just pocketed money for wasting my time.

 

It seems Eldorado agree with me, and will be taking their own action.

It does state on his post further down, among his vouches, that he only accepts PP from $200+ donors with feedback, but that isn't in relation to Eldorado and their team. He is farming referrals. Anyway,
