"eating" is a scammer

I would like to file a report for sythe member "eating" who scammed a $60 account trade. The original thread was here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=378621. I bought it for $60 via mail and I went first. Everything was smooth and he gave me all the info. I asked him a few questions through PM like if I can recover the account without recoveries successfully with the given information. He replied with a bunch of lies which will be proven in the pictures. After a month, the membership that was bought from his friend expired which is ironic because he said he never shared the account so why would his friend pay for it? Then somehow, someone changed the password and recoveries. I contacted "eating" and asked him to help me. So we were talking on msn and he said he submitted the query to recover the account. I checked if there was any available ticket for that account and there were none. Another lie right there. 5 minutes later, he said he recovered it and gave me the password. How is this possible.. I thought. Then I asked him how he recovered it. He said "Oh, I used the information I gave you." Weird how he was able to "recover" it when I wasn't able to if it was the same information. Another lie right there he gave me false information. I logged in and everything worked. Changed the password and set new recoveries. Next day, he messaged me and asked me how the account is going and if I was going to buy membership which is very suspicious. So I bought a month membership with a credit card. A few hours later after I restarted my laptop, Invalid Password when I tried to log in. Tried to recover it and it had different recoveries. By this time, eating already logged off of msn. My friend was a witness and saw him login. Then he probably turned private chat off. I have proof for all of this. So he gave me the password so I can get membership on it, then he will just recover it back with a fresh membership to hack all my stuff I earned. Everything will be explained in the pictures. He lied about not sharing account if his friend paid membership, he lied about giving enough information to recover the account, he lied about helping me recover the account, he lied about saying paybycash does not give any information, he lied about everything else. If anyone wants to kill him, his address is in the text logs. His msn is on his sig, same msn as shown in pictures. All pictures are correct and accurate information. I will also include my attempts of recovering the account.(failed) Please bare with me this is very well written and detailed. I spent a lot of time to write this up. It will be worth reading.
