    Sythe, I'm under 18. How can I do transactions?
    I'm under 18, and I don't have a credit card. What's the best storebought cc or vcc to link up to PayPal?

    I am not sure you can start a paypal account with a prepaid CC... or a vcc

    I created a paypal account at the age of like 15, and i just used my parents bank account/ cc to link it up.

    I've always used GreenDot money pak. Not the ones with the actual credit card, the ones that say they're for paypal. Get them at like walmart and walgreens. Probably other places too.


    Or you can do bank transfers, but you have to lie about your age..
