OblivionRage - Need an animated banner / signature / avatar

Hi all im looking for an animated banner which is the same size as existing banners, the banner is my first priority and i wont buy an avatar/signature until the banner is completed. on the banner i would like included :

- www.EasyRSGP.com logo

- Animated writing which switches between text such as ''Selling cheap rs3/rs07 gold'' and ''Online 24/7'' and ''#1 Gold selling website''

- A nice animated background.


I'm also open to suggestions, if anyone would like to show me some examples/previews please add my skype or post them here.

I will be paying anywhere from $25-100 for this banner, depending how well made it is.
