well basically i want to be able to pk

only quest done is waterfall quest



or have i failed and should just start over?

 

Considering that none of your stats were based off quests, and that you want to PK, I'd say start over. Only because your only option would be to level your stats into a barrows "pure", which would take a significant amount of time. Rather, I'd start a new account and bang out a bunch of quests then go PK.

Actually, if you really want to PK just make an account with 50 ranged and buy a MSB - you'll be around level 34. Just run into edge and PK

 

Failed, you'd be over 60 attack and 45 defence if you quested later on. Honestly this account can be made within a few hours, don't be bothered and just create a new one if you want to be a pure. I'd just use this account for botting, and bot the crap out of it.

Yes you could. The only pker builds you could turn that account into is a tank or a 'barrows pure' (a.k.a, a main)

 

Not completely true, if you got around 70-80 range and 40 defence maybe quested to ancients etc, that would be a pretty good account. You don't always need quests such ass rfd to be a good account.

 

Yeah to be a 'good' account you do, otherwise you just have... an account.

 

Pretty much a fail at the point you have it in... Mys will restart with a new account..
