I decided in my downtime to hand level an account for F2P, I never gave it members and it is otherwise ready for it to be someones main.

The account is a Jagex Account w/ OTP. I wasn't the originally creator it came in a a bundle of accounts I won in a giveaway that were Tutorial Island complete, no levels on them when I got them, however you will get Login/Password + OTP.

Account is level 70+ on all F2P Skills and has all 45 F2P quests completed.
