HELP! Account recovery question please!!

Hey guys, i bought an account at level 60 on this site months ago, changed the email, recoveries and password but after i got it to a maxed out 70-99-1 pure around 4 months after buying, it has been hacked and ive no idea how, ive tried recovering so many times wont work.

so my question is, was it the original seller of the account that has hacked me? or have i been keylogged etc without me knowing..could someone possible hack your account without knowing the recoveries present, but knowing old email, passwords, date of creation and membership etc? im really upset about months of hard work down the drain, just want to know if it was the original seller has screwed me or ive been done by something else.

any help would be amazing thxxxx!

 

It's probably manual recover by the original owner. If he knows information previous to yours, and has the ip of creation, he will successfully recover it.

 

so if i buy an account and the matter what i do its always in jeporty of being recovered?

oh crap, i just spent £12 on an account from that guy. this is seriously the last time i ever do this.

can you please confirm it is, he says thats not him.. i have his mobile number etc

 

Sorry to tell you but it got recovered, any account bought on here id definetly do a recovery test.

 

If you got it as a start pure from a seller that isn't that well known, then he has probably recoverred it after you have trained it quite a lot.

He probably didn't give you old enough information to recover the account easily.

 

ok lads thanks for the help, and ITZ_ME i chatted with him on the phone and he too is scottish which obviously creates an instant bond haha, he seems legit enough and for a 70-98-70 12 quid was worth it
im currently recovery testing it and any problem i have his number thanks for your help.

Perhaps of all the information provided to Jagex during a recovery test, the most valuable are the creation dates and the first three passwords.

Providing those information shows Jagex they are the original owners and obviously they will successfully recover the accounts.

For future reference, always get the account's info (old passwords, creation date, creation zip code, old membership info, etc) before you trade.
