Recover runescape account

I'm currently in the middle of recovering my old runescape account as i have since forgotten the password. I've sent in more than 15 change password requests but jagex have denied every single one. As i had originally bought the account over two years ago, this is the information i've been sending in: recovery answers, old passwords, pbp pin and old recovery answers. As for the creation date, i've basically been guessing this and was wondering just how important it is. I've also been guessing the isp used to create the account by using his ip address i wrote down when i first logged on. Anybody here got any input on the matter because i'd really appreciate it.
