Buying lvl 3 skiller (w/ 1-2 99s)

As title says, looking for a level 3 with a good starting point of a few 99s.
I can pay thru payment invoice (you send me) OR I can through you a trade for a decent rs3 mid level skiller with 99s.
Or both together!

Realize I'm new, but have great credit on other forums! We can also arrange a middleman!
