    Explanation of the trade: wanted to trade 400m 07 for 5b rs3. agreed a rate of 12.5:1, i voiced my concerns that EVERY time i swap with them i'm waiting 30 or so mins or they take the gp after claiming they have stock then they make me stand there while i can clearly see them trading other people to try get the stock (so lying basically to get a trade)
    How they scammed: told me they had stock. made me wait 10-15 mins before trading me. Didn't give the full amount and told me they didn't have the 5b after telling me they did.

    I'd just like to add they paid me the full amount + 10m 10 minutes later, but i think it's extremely poor saying they have the stock when they know they don't just to get the trade. then once they have my gp they then tell me they don't have the stock and to wait.

    @Oakdice has been inactive since 2018, so I highly doubt he's going to respond to this report. Moreover, I don't think he'll return to address it, considering he was bullied quite badly back then.

    I've placed TWC on @Oakdice for taking the gold without having the appropriate amount of stock available at the time of trade and still taking your gold to force you trade them.
