$40 Chargeback Scammer

Alright, this is going to be the hardest one for me to prove since I can't get any definite evidence. I'll try to scour google/google caches some more to see if I can get any damning evidence, but this is the best I could come up with so far:

Here is a picture of all of my trades from January 26-27, notice that he is the only one. Now here is where you have to make a bit of an inference. He is the only person that I did business with that day, and he is the only person that vouched for me on that day.

Also, I know that automatically saved chat logs can't be used as definite evidence since they can be edited, but here is the chat log (which I swear on my grandparents' graves that I didn't edit):
