Summary of "Scam"
I contacted Uke in hopes of buying a pin as his prices were a bit better then the average seller. We decided it would be best if we used a MM so I found one, "High kid" and took all the steps to get him into the trade. When I told Uke I was ready to trade and had a MM, he quit replying. Judging by his thread, he did this to numerous others.

Proof I was Talking to the Real User
Unfortunately this is the best I can do, I can't figure out how to get Trillian (my MSN client) to display the users actual MSN in the chat window. If this causes my report to not be enough to grant the "scammer" a TWC, at least keep this in mind if someone else reports him.
