    My Computer build thread

So, as I have posted in the past. I will be looking to build my next computer. I don't want to settle to buy another Alienware, as they are too expensive for what it seems you get (spent 4k on a Desktop).

My goal is to build a comparable up to date computer with under 2k. I'm sick of game graphics causing lag now, I was playing AC III and every once in awhile it would lag, I'm assuming because of the graphics.

I'm pretty clueless on where it is I should start, if any of you could give your input (or post a good build around 2k) I would appreciate it! :)

I'm going to make this my thread on my build progress. I will include pictures once I start the build.

What the above poster suggested is a BRILLIANT build. I would, however, not settle for less than a 1TB HDD with your budget, and would look for a Samsung 840 Series SSD (they're good and highly recommended).
