Null npc???

Ok so ive been botting on my pure account and im killing low lvl junk and using a script that i can put multiple npcs into that "searches" the area near me for the npc #'s... and after botting for a while ive noticed many times i have a npc following me? like i put on a npc object thingy so the #'s appear above there head and its following me. im f2p no familiars but its only when i bot. a jagex spy? anyone know what this is

ill wait for it to appear again. but it has NO npc object. its invisible legit. only happens when i start botting for an hour or two. I only noticed it cause i had a npc ID viewer on

Ya i think i might have also.
I love to know random statistics and junk and just to see behind the scenes whats going on in games and i play with item ID on (from time to time) and NPC ID from time to time.
Ive seen this a few times where it Follows behind at a WALKING pace. it can get stuck behind things but then teleports like a familiar but invisible on f2p worlds.
Seen it alot actually at willows in draynor.
Maybe i just OBLITERATED JAGEX?!!? gunna get screenies soon

 

This sounds a little like the mysterious stranger that follows you during the Desert Treasure quest. It might be a glitch with sprites that happens, this sounds interesting though! I look forward to pics.
