How- refused pay.

For whatever reason I can't start a new topic in the dispute section. I'm not a normal PowerBot user so please excuse my naive self.

I was chatting with DivicaSales, who I've used in the past multiple times. I was chatting with her this time, and she offered 2/M on my 50M. I declined, and she came back with 2.2/m which I wanted. I decided that would suffice and went on to trade. I felt she was acting fishy, so I whipped out the iPhone. It's bad quality, but it's solid proof.

I ran up to the top bank where I was told to meet her. I traded her account, and she confirmed, twice that it was her. After trading, she declined to give me any money, and claimed it took 300 dollars off a tab I owed her?
