Hello, I am buying limited paypal accounts which have been limited for over 180 days (or less depending on PP limitation).

I am willing to pay up to 50% of the accounts worth depending on how much is in the account.

You will need to give me the email attached to the paypal, or at least let me access it for 3-7 days where I will return it to you afterward.

I would like to TV or skype view the paypal account to see the amount before I try unlimit it and I will not pay until I've done so and have control of the account.

One the account is unlimited it will be free for you to use and will be "verified", but I will have paid myself the amount on the account.
