Matches on many different ip's.
If you use proxy i understand 1 or 2 times but 3 times is just ridiculous
If you check the other accounts, the only IP's they have are also matched with his main:Trixx

Seems like this guy is trying to evade his ban/twc's but still getting them on new accounts!
Think atleast a IP check is in order, i could not find any skype details else i would incl that 2.

I might be wrong ofc, but it is worth a check
