If you check his posts, you'll see he uses several different skypes, most of them resembling his sythe name (outlaw0403, jax0403, etc)

From what i've checked, jj.bish is linked to someone named either Jay or James who lives in New York, and the creator of the sythe profile is someone named Nicholas who lives somewhere in Florida...

Not entirely sure who the john.coin.19 guy is either...

It seems that if this isn't a shared profile, he seems to be using several different skypes with different real life names, which I think should sanction a TWC at the very least, but i'm nearly 99% sure it's a shared sythe profile.
