    Pain after training

Have started training jiujitsu again after 1 month of hiatus.
Now, the place I did before was about 1 hour of training, now I am doing a bit less than 2 hours. I don't get tired until about the last fight, then I go home.
The next day from the first day, my body was hurting, namely, abs, triceps, and some muscles besides my neck.
I went again yesterday and didn't overdo it and now what is hurting a lot is my solar plexus.
    I have 3 concerns,
Is this normal? will it go away? will I be able to keep the same rythm?

    Pain after training

for me my arms and shoulders hurt when I do pullups around 2 days later. I've been told it's because your muscles are expanding and that's what the pain is.

    Pain after training

The solar plexus is pretty much a network of nerves located in the abdomen. So maybe you got it good in the stomach like slammed, punched or got the wind knocked out of you. This is known to cause great pain in that region and sometimes upset the fuctions of certain internal organs or guts. Give the abdomen pain a couple days and see how you feel. The other pain is most likely a cause from the hiatus and just starting training again.

No pain no glory mate. Pain is good and how long you have it seriously depends on how much you damage it. When I go to the gym and I do an back biceps workout it will take about 2 hours and I will have muscle pain for 4-6 days. But duo these days, I grow because of the food I take :).

This is a GOOD thing it shows your muscles where broken down and they are repairing stronger, so eat protein drink plenty of water and get lots of sleep! Also look into a protein shake.

    Pain after training

There is a very simple answer for this, and it is probably because your experiencing DOMS, which is Delayed Onset Muscle Sorness.

Basically you need to work on your recovery better, stretching, compression garments, good sleep will always help recovery faster.

Taking Hot cold contrast showers also help, 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off can help flush the metabolic byproducts away, try it and you'll feel alot better after trainings :)

In my opinion, you're overdoing it.
You did say that you were on a 1 month hiatus, and that's enough for your muscles to stiffen

Your pain is probably gone by now, but you should try taking it easy :p

If no, it could end up with cartilage related problems (popping sounds when you move a certain part of your body) and you will have to stop training all together for a while.

    Pain after training

I would suggest to tone it down a little bit since it seems like an extreme pressure on your muscles but if your not feeling any pain then your not building your muscles up.
