As mentioned in the previous report, Rs_Bugs was registered during the same month Wc1559 was banned. Also, the two users were selling what was probably the same account, although most pictures have been removed from the threads so this can't be confirmed 100%.

A global mod has also confirmed their IPs are from the same location, so I doubt this is strictly coincidental. Furthermore, despite the IP match being on a VPS, it would make sense for the same user to match himself on a VPS if it's an IP/server he frequently uses.

Also, shortly after my report another user reports Rs_Bugs with the same suspicion, so i'm not sure if he was going off of what I had posted, or had his own reason to believe this.
