NPC Rotation [Not 503 or 508]

Does anyone know how to rotate an npc once you have spawned it in autospawn.cfg? I'm running a server with an Allstar-Scape base, should be the same as most Czar servers. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which file to update (NPCHandler.java etc.) and what to change to rotate the npc.

um...i'm not so sure you can but...whats ur server ip? i'd love to check it out
