Overall I feel that the colors don't really match well together. Purple on cyan, it just doesn't gel. The smoke over top as well is improved from your previous attempts but it still needs some work I think.

None of the colors work together. Also don't do thick strokes on your background lines. Very faint drop shadows work the best.
