Dispute also contains something about him DDoSing people on sythe but the powerbot mod states that isn't his ban reason on powerbot
According to the post on that thread by the mod the ban reason for him will not be obtainable, however

Not sure if this is banned for a separate reason since it's not mentioned in his dispute which appears to have been made after Supajan was banned. Dispute only mentions "Mogensen".

Either way he's clearly leaving scams/etc out of his pardon, wouldn't be surprised if he has more scams on sythe as well since the powerbot dispute said there was 5 or so scam allegations against him at one point.
