    Spirit shield changes?

Now in Post-EoC the Divine and the Elysian Spirit shields are tailored to suit a specific combat style. Divine complements melee, where as Elysian complements ranged. There's also the option to choose between extra defense, or dual wielding for extra attack which ultimately makes shields not as 'essential' as they once were which will ultimately cause a price crash in and of itself. For common Slayer tasks assigned by Kuradel e.g. fire giants, bloodvelds, etc. I prefer to dual wield c-rapiers or enhanced excalibur to finish the task as quick as possible and gain whilst maximizing combat gain. This especially pertains to spirit shields as their price is ridiculous and they're not as versatile as they once were. Don't forget to factor in the price accommodations, I'll give you an example for that as well. Personally, I would much rather use one of the two (if not both) of the updated versions of the dragon fire shield. Specifically because a combined cost of both is still a fraction compared to a spirit shield, you won't catch me using an Ely over an off-hand chaotic c-bow because that option maximizes my Ranged experience whilst speeding up my task just as having an off-hand for melee would. They basically aren't worth their weight in gold seeing as there are so many cheaper alternatives to affectingly maximize your combat.
