yo guys was wondering why bot auth's sale was forbidden on Sythe

is it cuz it goes against some T.o.S on the botting site or something? D:

cuz i stop playing rs and i got like 30 paid auths , i woulda liked to sell them cheap to make some money outta them :/

 

Well, you can always reissue them, maybe thats why.

 

Because certain auth sites can let you ban or retrieve the auths if they transfer hands.

Yeah, I know with RsBot you can reissue an auth at least once in it's lifetime, and then after that you can report it stolen.

 

You can't sell them because you change the auths whenever you please.

 

Auths are unpredictable, there are a number of reasons why they could fail. A friend of mine let me use his Kminer auth, and even though I was the only person using it, it failed. So it is impossible to be safe with them.
