    can some one explain to me where i run the script and how i get there (any quests needed 1st??)

    use your glory amulet to teleport to karamja. THen walk to the volcano and in the volcano as soon as u go down the rope there is a dungeon enterance. GO into the dungeon and find the banker. The enterance to the fiight casve is right there go next to the enterance and start teh script.
