Occureds appeal - RESPONSE TO PEN!!!

Ok, this is my 5th appeal, I did nothing wrong yet Pen decided to ban me reason: 'scammer'. I haven't bought sold anything for weeks then I get a ban, pen did this to me before and makes it impossible for me to contact him. I've added his msn, sent him PMs on here, emailed him to both his emails, got people to add him into msn convo. Yet I remain banned, Finn looked into my ban and so did Shredder and couldn't find anything I'd done wrong but told me I must speak to Pen as he issued it. W0W Sucks also said this when replying to my thread. This is my fifth thread as all others drift off the page with no response, i've seen Pen view my thread yet not reply. I did nothing wrong, Pen you banned me before when you had no evidence and I could clearly show that I did pay, and got the other person to agree. Yet you still gave me a TWC, now banning me for nothing is a bit too far. Either unban me or explain WHY im banned. Don't respond just saying NOT UNBANNED I want an unban or a reason, i've harrassed Shredder and Finn too many times on MSN so I just want an answer.

The paypal I sent the money too was 100% his, do you seriously think i'd waste $76 sending to a different email which got verified and everything, he has the money and I have the eggs, it was a simple trade which took a little longer to complete because of paypal limiting my account access due to large funds being sent out and being recieved.
Pen, YOU unbanned me last time but said that my TWC must remain, that is the paypal email he provided me. Yes, it was different to his MSN one and if you notice he crosses it out in his 'proof'. There is no reason I should remained banned, he recieved the money and I've showed significant proof of MSN convos, emails, sythe pms/posts and the paypal money being recieved.

I spoke with you after the unban asking for my TWC to be removed and you said something like "give it 2 months" so you were aware of my unban!
The email he provided me was the one which I paid, you can check i haven't spoken with another person on sythe with that paypal in any thread/post as he was the only person i'd paid.
Can you check their IPs to make sure they are not the same person please as why would I pay a completely different person. It just wouldn't make sense.
ALSO notice how in his 'proof' hes blanked out the email he wanted me to send too, I reckon it's the same person or family/friends.
