How does buying accounts from PA work?

I'm thinking about buying an account through PA, but I have a couple of questions.
First of all, when do I get the account login information after I pay? Does PA send it directly or do I have to wait for the seller to react?

Second, how does the "PA insurance" work? Do I get a full refund if the account gets recovered back?

Lastly, what's the average price for an account with these stats:

- 99 Str, Att, Def
- 80+ range, mage
- 85+ Dung
- 80+ Slayer
- 80+ Summoning
- All other stats at least 60.

 

Insurance still can't prevent your account from being recovered, I know several people who had insurance on accounts they bought from PA that were recovered and they received no support from PA customer service for refunds

 

But you have to pay for insurance, right?
Aren't they obliged to refund you then?

 

Playerauctions have basically never heard of customer service before. They are so bad. I think I read something here about a customer buying a rs account for $200 and it got recovered. PA only offered him like $100 insurance. This is the best place to buy accounts and only buy from someone who cant afford to recover the account back.

 

Yeah, I wouldn't want to rely on some random person on playerauctions, they would probably charge it back. But basically you buy the account and they give you the information but theres nothing to stop them from recovering the account ._. I would much rather buy it from someone trusted on sythe.

 

If the account you purchase has insurance, you will usually get some money back. It isn't the full amount, I don't think. Additionally, they take a very long time to respond to issues, especially if they're slightly complicated. It took me two months to resolve a case where I sold GP and the buyer denied receiving it.

 

You should just video record all transaction and label them if you still sell gold that is.

 

I did. Despite this, it still took months for them to resolve the case as the buyer kept on denying the validity of the evidence.

 

Dam that's shocking considering PA are big now. PA take the risks though once they do disburse you? I always got disbursed through money bookers as it was the safer option.

 

Your best bet is to either A) Buy an account of someone you completely trust. B) Bot said account.

 

They have safety measures in place but then again it's hard to insure that the original owner cant recover it.
